nVoq Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
- Eligibility: The nVoq Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to home health and hospice agencies operating in the United States that are legally able to participate in a pilot program as described below. Employees, officers, and directors of nVoq and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
- Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on 10/19/24 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (MT) on 10/24/24 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
- How to Enter: Eligible participants may enter by completing the designated form at [nvoq.com/nahc-2024-sweepstakes]. Limit one entry per agency employee. Business email address must be used to enter. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
- Prize: One (1) winner, behalf of their agency, will receive a 60-day pilot program for up to 50 clinician users of nVoq’s Mobile Voice solution, including consultative expertise, AI-powered speech-to-text documentation features (shortcuts, substitutions, intelligent formatting, and one pre-built Note Assist template), and ongoing support from the nVoq team throughout the trial. The prize does not include any additional services (such as SSO) beyond those expressly listed. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $6,000 based on the average cost of similar services provided to home health and hospice agencies. The value may vary depending on actual usage and implementation during the pilot period.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be held on or about 10/25/24. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email and must confirm their acceptance of the prize by 11/8/24. Failure to respond by this date will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. Pilot program winner will be able to choose to begin on either December 1, 2024, January 1, 2025, or January 15, 2025.
- Conditions of Participation: The winner agrees to participate in a post-pilot survey conducted by nVoq to gauge satisfaction with the Mobile Voice solution. The pilot program must be conducted as described, and no substitutions, exchanges, or cash value will be provided for the prize. The winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and a publicity release (where permitted by law).
- General Conditions: nVoq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond nVoq’s control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. nVoq reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
- Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless nVoq and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising from or related to this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
