Careers at nVoq
About This Position
Are you an experienced Product Owner who knows how to harness modern AI tools to move faster, listen more deeply to customers, and deliver better products? If you thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment and are energized by the intersection of healthcare technology and emerging AI capabilities, we’d love to connect with you.
At nVoq, the Product Owner is responsible for defining and prioritizing the product roadmap and managing the product backlog. Assigned to one or more components of the nVoq platform, the Product Owner works within Agile values and the Scrum framework to guide product development.
This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between stakeholders—customers, internal business units, and development teams—to ensure the right product is built with a clear focus on user value and market needs. While the Product Owner defines what should be built and why it matters, the how is developed collaboratively with Engineering.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment. They are comfortable applying AI tools where they add genuine value—accelerating research, drafting, and analysis—while exercising sound judgment about when and how to use them. Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset are essential for working effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

About This Position
nVoq is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer (QA Engineer). An individual in this role will be a hands-on, technically advanced role responsible for building confidence in our software through automation, tooling, and deep system understanding. The QA Engineer role goes far beyond executing manual test scripts. It focuses on preventing defects, validating complex integrations, and embedding quality into the development lifecycle.
This role works closely with Software Engineers, Product Owners, and DevOps to design test strategies, build automated test frameworks, and validate backend systems, APIs, and data flows in production-like environments.

- Experience using LLMs to facilitate implementation of test scripts, test cases, and automation is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining technical issues to cross-functional teams.
- High level of ownership, curiosity, and willingness to improve systems rather than just validate them.
