As a Software-as-a-Service provider, nVoq offers different subscription options to support the needs of each industry. In health care, our affordable standard subscriptions are based on a per-user per-year volume suitable for the majority of users. In customer care, SayIt is typically offered as a 'minutes of usage' subscription model. One time setup and training fees may also apply. A SayIt representative will work with you to develop a pricing program that meets your budget requirements.
SayIt is currently deployed as a stand-alone application, so integration is not required.
While individual results may vary, most SayIt users achieve at least 95% on average accuracy after 15 minutes of dictation. Each user creates their own voice profile, so SayIt understands how they speak. This, combined with the ability to create custom vocabularies, means that users consistently experience dictation accuracy of 95% or higher. SayIt's technology base works differently than other products, so mistakes made in dictation after setup should not negatively impact your voice profile.
